Thoughts before the show:  Never been there, sounds too nice for a dirtball like me (good thing I kick ass). Hooker's is pretty close to Nate's house so that's way cool. Also soundguy extraordinaire Ed knows the room very well - he's done 3 million shows there (give or take).

Thoughts after the show: We went over like an aluminum balloon (could have been worse). Kathy seemed happy enough though. I hope we get booked back, it's a very nice bar with very nice workers and patrons. We would have to rearrange our set lists to accommodate the demographics of the crowd (go quiet and easy early and save all the heavy stuff for set three).
